Leading Challenging Discussions is a 2-day workshop that aims to help you proactively manage the most difficult discussions you will face in your work environment.  Often, challenging discussions are avoided, enabling behavior to continue that undermines success.  Challenging discussions aren’t just about managing bad behavior or underperformance; discussions are also avoided with supervisors, peers, shareholders, vendors, and other stakeholders.  Continued avoidance of these discussions cause more harm than good, costing companies more than $100 billion annually correcting poor people management practices.  Learning to have a productive dialogue on any difficult issue is an essential ingredient to having an engaged and improving workforce.
