Lindy Brewster
Lindy Brewster is the President of ORConsulting Inc., a corporation founded with her leadership in 2001 as the US branch of an international consultancy of clinical psychologists/business experts. Lindy is now the owner of the US consultancy, which is headquartered in Reston, Northern Virginia and CEO founder of Percepi, an organization focused on offering leadership development workshops.
With over 20 years of experience as a senior manager, board director, and consultant, Lindy has in-depth experience of the US government sector as well as teaching/research in the psychology and business schools at Lancaster (UK) and Georgetown / James Madison Universities (USA). She brings a depth of psychological understanding and business knowledge and experience to support successful organizational change and transformation.
The scope of her consultancy practice includes team development, mergers and acquisitions, union/management partnerships, culture change and contribution to large strategic leadership training programs.
The approach that the ORConsulting Team takes is one of “integrated consultancy” in which they bring psychological and business knowledge to support their clients in understanding personal leadership and business challenges, focusing on constructive solutions.
Lindy is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, which is an organization comprised of industry-leading business and career coaches.

Gary Lambert

At Percepi, Gary works with leaders and their teams at all levels to enhance capabilities and effectiveness. He is skilled at helping leaders strengthen their ability to motivate teams, lead change and transformation efforts, and demonstrate the emotional intelligence needed to drive success at all levels of the organization. He helps teams reach their full potential while building the skills needed to learn and grow professionally throughout their careers.
Prior to joining Percepi, Gary has served in such roles as Director of Leadership Development at CarMax, VP of Talent Management at LandAmerica Financial Group, Learning and Development Manager at MeadWestvaco (MWV), Manager of Career and Professional Development at Northrop-Grumman, and Executive Coach at Right Management which allowed him to lead, develop and deliver programs that had strategic importance and value for the organizations’ current and future success. As the founder of his own consulting firm, he gained the entrepreneurial experience needed to help leaders and teams foster and apply those skills within their organizations to innovate and drive change.
Gary holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Psychology from North Georgia College.
